Hotel Mistral - Milan

A lot of noise within the hotel. People walking, doors slamming, toilets flushing. No sound isolation at all. Doesn't deliver the key benefit of a hotel: have a good night of sleep.100 Euro a night becomes a lot of money...

It was a terrible experience with hotels stuff. We checked in, but our room was for smokers, but in our order we managed about non smoking room!!! i have an allergy and i could not live there.They did not want to change it because we had already used a soap and towel in the bathroom, but its the first thing that everyone do after long journey- wash hands. We had a long debates about another room, but inspite of the thing, that the hotel was 1/2 empty they want us to pay extra money for another room!!!. After they told us that if we have a complain they can call for police to make it officially. We were agree, and after two hours of such a quarell they changed the room without police. we had lost all our good mood in first day of stayin

The room and floors were very clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location near metro and city. Basic amenities provided. Comfortable bed and temperature.

Its proximity to the city center allowed us to easily explore all the attractions and enjoy guided tours of the city by bus or tourist tram. We also appreciated the convenience of having the QC Termemilano and Castello Tolcinasco Golf Club nearby, where we could relax and engage in activities suitable for both adults and children. Additionally, the hotel's policy of requiring all guests, including children, to be present at check-in ensured a smooth and secure arrival experience.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area or entertainment facility for children.

The friendliness and co-operation of the staff and willingness to oblige was fantastic, it made our stay very enjoyable. We were also impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness and service of our room.

The hotel Mistral for me was perfectly located as I was working in the area and could walk to work. The staff were really helpful, the coffee at breakfast was fantastic and the room nice and clean. The hotel is fairly close to the metro so easy access to all city.

As often happens in Italian hotels multi-channel has no english TV channels. This actually wasn't a problem as I spent all my free time exploring Milan in glorious sunshine.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. Secondly, the basic amenities provided in the room were sufficient for my needs, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the location, although on the outskirts of the city, was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
